has anyone have one of these helmet? or know anything about them? i need a dot helmet here in arizona but dont want to look like darth vader...

 

They have a helmet law in AZ?? Do you need, or just want a DOT helmet??

 

I have one and it's not as bad as most other DOT helmets.

 

For the price - I think it's a nice helmet. I couldn't justify dropping the $ on the ACC for something I don't even like to have, but ACC owners are really happy with theirs. I'm ok with the vega naked, but it's a far cry from my $14.99 novelty

 

Your novelty helmet is useless. Vega XTS Naked Helmet > Your Helmet any day of the week.

no there is not a helmet law in az but i live very close to nevada and cali and im also a paramedic so i want to be safe..

My novelty is more than what I would wear if this were a 'choice' state...

Full face > Vega and day of the week.
Cage > full face any day of the week
Staying home > cage any day of the week.

 

The Brown Man should be bringing my new Vega helmet on Tuesday. I'll let you know how it is.
