Is this something you have to add to every tank of gas or is it a one shot treatment?

Thanks

All States Consumers everywhere are protected by the Federal Lemon Law which applies to all consumer products, including automoblile, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and all other ordinary consumer products including computers and household appliances. 3 to 4 repairs for the same problem, or 6 to 8 repairs to the entire product during the warranty period. I'm not a lawyer but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express though.

YEP Lemon Law ,
but sometimes you have to Explain it To-Um.
Otherwise they think you don't know about it...
I had to tell them about it on a new TV I bought
before I got a new TV

Try the Mystery oil....if that dosen't work, you could:

trade it in for another bike
Sell it and buy something else.
Take to an indy and have it tuned and adjust the timing.

This is one of the ways they are cutting back, send some pencil neck, paper pushing desk jockey out there and start saying no to everything. only a small percentage will actually persue it to legal matters (since we dont have cash for legal fees either) and will pay off greater than if we fix everything.

If you could get an attorney, if not then trade their pos in for a new one or just plain sell it back. Sorry for your frustrations, I get so steamed when big corps think they can walk all over the very people that give them their position.

I don't know where you live, But if your near where HOG is going to have a national rally next year, Go to it and go to one of there town hall meeting. Stand up and tell your story in a room full of customers. They usually have some upper management people at the town hall meetings. I saw a girl rip them a new asshole at the annual rally in Knoxville TN a few years ago. She embarrassed them and had them speachless. They finally told her to see them after the meeting.
I doubt if they will blow you off like they been doing in front of a room full of customers.
