Anyone know of a place, preferably on the west side of Houston, that sews patches onto leather jackets??? I'm looking to have one put on, but just don't know of a place around here. I'm located in Katy, but as long as it's not too far I can drive.

There's a tailor shop on the southwest corner of Richmond and Sage. Its in a small strip center. Don't remember the name but they do good work.

 

I had some patches sewn on at a Upholstery shop,
I don't live anywhere near Katy. I am sure you might
find one not to far away. I was in the Navy with a
guy who was from Katy, that was back in the
early 80's though.

 

Head out toward the Army Base, lots of tailors sewn on patches around there.

 

On the weekends there's a gal that sets up shop in the Mancuso's on 290. Her name is Sunshine. She's sewn on every piece of leather I own and does great work. I bet you can call them and ask if she's there. I haven't been in there in a while but she used to post a calendar on their bulletin board where she was going to be there. She'll do it while you wait.

 

I ended using that place at Richmond and Sage...AG Tailors. Great job and got it out to me in an hours...just alittle more expensive than I was expecting!!! I'll give Sunshine a call next time. Thanks for the suggestions.
