Same reply for you too. Silver paint? Gee, is silver that rare? I think it's the most common color on the road. Wheels? How can they not be disc shaped? And the gold rings? See the word "allegedly" about rings on the bomb. That means some tweeker made it up. And the name, pretty fitting for a fat bike.

I hear they were going to call it the Bonzai, but it sounded too Japanese.

I thought it was a reference to the size of our bellies! Fat bike ridden by a fat boy, what else would it be called, Tiny?

I have a strange feeling that a "Fat Bitch" bike would indeed sell.

Default Fatboy

Heard the story of the Fatboy name, silver paint, yellow rings etc. from a local dealer. He said that he was at an H-D dealer event when they were standing around yakkin' with the man himself, Willie G., when someone asked him about it. The guy told me that Willie G. responded with the story as you heard it without a flinch. Told it in great detail without so much as a hesitation in his description. According to him, it's absolutely true!
