I'm 25 now, bought mine in March of 08 and yes it was my first bike. Honestly there was no other option for me. A guy at work started bustin my ***** for not havin a bike, started looking and when I saw the train, my search was over.

Here she was with 7k miles when I bought her.

I am 29 and the Sporty is my second bike. I had a little Suzuki GZ250 just to put around town and get used to riding before i bought my Beauty. There was no way i was going to buy anything other than a Harley. I always loved them and always will.

I'm 29 now. Bought a sport bike for my first bike and got bored with it. Couldn't cruise at all, uncomfortable, and the girlfriend hated it.

Traded it in for an 04 wide glide over a year ago.

Still ride with all my buddies that have sport bikes, but now the cops don't even give me a second look

25, bought a Crossbones. First bike I've owned, rode friends dirt bikes and ATV's before though. Grew up in a Biker family. Father is in a club, friends are in one as well. Always wanted one but didn't pull the trigger until I had my car paid off and the like

2 reasons I bought it. Reason one was because I was tired of being the designated fly car. Reason two being that I've wanted one for as long as I could remember lol.

Got mine last year at 26. wanted to do some long rides with my uncle, dad, and cousins. Also wanted to bring the lady along. My uncle and dad returned to riding after giving it up for about 20+ years. soon after my cousin got an HD, and they were having so much fun I had to get one myself. Haven't regretted it for a second.

Started out looking at metrics in 06 and by the time I narrowed it down to the Honda VTX1800 it was only 2 grand less than the standard and a lot less plastic on the standard so I bought the standard but I never considered the cost of all the upgrades over the years but its worth every penny too me!
