I heard back from Tsukayu last night... they said I am missing rubber gaskets, so I can't install them right now anyway. They will send me the part and write up the instructions.

Sheesh, having to write up installation instructions on the fly? When they sell tons of these bags unpainted and unassembled?

Tsukayu is not helping at all with the installation instructions. They keep sending me emails that say "drill holes, install locks, install hinges." I'm very serious, that's all they keep telling me.... sigh.

If anyone has bought the unpainted strong bags and have figured out all the installation -- the straps, hinges, and locks with all the different sized washers and pop rivits, plus the 2 rubber seals, I would be extremely grateful for any help.

Mounting brackets that lock on and off. For that clean look.

 

The bags are attached with ghost brackets which stay with the bags when detaching. If I ever get them on.......

 

I did a website for a guy who makes custom bikes, and I called him and he said he would put the bags together for me. Sometimes it takes a man!
