Default Need help installting Tsukayu strong bag lid hardware!

I've got to get my Tsukayu quick release strong bag hardware installed, and they didn't send me any instructions. There also are no instructions on their website.

The hinges are easy, but for the locks and straps I can see I need to use a pop riviter. However there are washers of different sizes and I don't know which ones go where.

Pictures of hardware below. I know many people here have put these bags on their Harleys and I can't wait to get mine on my softail Deluxe. I already have the brackets installed, I just need help with these pop rivits and washers on the hardware.

Any help greatly appreciated. I can't believe they don't give instructions. And yes I have written them and they keep telling me the hardware "is already installed." I don't know how many times I have to tell them "no it is not... these were purchased unpainted and the hardware was not installed..."

-Peg

I'll be watching, cuz I'm in the same situation. How do yours look after paint? I haven't painted mine yet.

I'll be using "Ghost Brackets" to mount mine. Thanks for the link.

They look great, the painter matched my Harley red perfectly. I'll put some pics here when they are mounted.

Being a chick, I had hummingbirds airbrushed on them which I of course love but most guys will snicker at

Thanks, I've seen that pic. I wish they showed a close up of the strap so I could tell which side the larger washer goes on.

I am guessing the large washer goes on the outside, since the rivet gets flat and round on the outside, and the smaller washer on the inside of the strap. But I wish I could know 100% for sure.

How can Tsukayu not send installation instructions!

It's probably Chinese, since that's where they are made. If you have them , I can translate them.
