Firstly, great site. Lots of good reading here. Looking for some help, so thanks in advance.

I have an 07 fxstsse with heavy breather, big radious, sert and calibrated by the dealer.

So, I started my bike today, sounded a bit different and blowing a bit of dark smoke and then it died. Started it again, and it died faster. Now it barely starts and dies within a second or two every time. I tried new plugs, new battery, gave all wires a little wiggle, checked and swapped some fuses...nothing. No symptoms prior to this either. Good thing I was home.

I ran and cleared the diagnostic codes, started it again, then checked the diagnostics codes again and here is what I get:
