Get Back Whips?
See a lot of baggers with these Get Back whips hanging from their front brake levers. I understand the potential use of such but what I cant figure out is the HOW? If I had to grab one with my right hand that means letting off the throttle, thus slowing down. If it was hanging from the left side clutch lever I couldnt swing **** with my left hand. So are they just for looks and the "cool" factor?

I have one on my front brake lever. I tried to run it on the clutch lever and since I am right handed it didn't work out so well. Mine is more for looks but I will use it if I need to. If it gets that far along I may just pull out the gun and end the dispute right then. You will just have to try it in different locations and see which work best for you. I have seen then on both sides.

assuming we're talking about hitting cars with it? what happens if it hooks a mirror or antennae or something and gets stuck? what happens when the traffic breaks and the guy runs you down from behind on the next off ramp? just wondering.

huh ? Those are lever wraps with tassels or long fringe on the ends of then . Some people think they look cool on thier bikes flapping in the wind . It's like all the other fringe and dangly stuff some people like on their bikes . I don't like that myself , but to each his own .
