What's the main difference between the Evil Apes and Evil Springers? Are Springers made for only springer bikes, or can they be used on others? Evil Apes are 11.5" at the base, Springers are 9.5" at the base. The forks on my 2008 Sporty are 9" wide, so I'd love to put the Springers on since the base is almost exactly the same width. However, Springers only come in 16", whereas Evil Apes come in 10", 14", and 17". 14" is the size I'd like.

So my two questions are 1) Can an Evil Springer be used on a Sporty, and 2) why does Carlini have a limited number of riser heights for their bars? Why can't they offer every bar at 2" increments?

Right now I'm looking at black 14" Evil Apes or black 14" Wild1 Outlawz. I think though that 14" Evil Springers would be my ideal, if it existed.

carlini is the way to go if you want some class on your bike, i have there flyin apes and why they do not make different sizes ask them

 

I sent an e-mail to Carlini and asked them why they don't offer different riser sizes. Rex replied and said he doesn't have an answer. Would certainly be nice.

Leaning toward a set of black 14" Evil Apes. I have a quote from Hill Country Custom for $659 + shipping, which includes the bars and complete cable kit. I haven't checked yet with Phat Performance because lately I can't get on their web site. Can you all confirm the correct address is www.phatperformanceparts.com?
