in 04 I was looking for a Made in USA jacket and came across this link. No logos, just good Quality Leather and just about every style out there.

The HD "Complete" Leather Jacket that I have my eye on is made in China...but so is my Joe Rocket Sonic 2.0 and that is a great jacket.
I'll probably end up getting it

I have a 100th anniversary jacket "Made in USA". Big USA flag sewn inside on chest pocket. I have a H.D. jacket with a big #1 in red, white, blue with stars "Made in USA". It also has a big USA flag sewn inside on the chest pocket. Last year they had a ***** G with the Wheel on the back and a silver button for the hub. It was made in the USA. You will pay more for these but for all those biatching about where the jackets are made, put your money where your job is!!!

I'd venture to say that since 1993, most of your Harley Davidson is made offshore right along with just about all clothing and accessories.
Assembled here possibly but certainly not made here.

The only clothing I am aware of that is still made here are Diamond Gusset jeans made in GA and TN. As far as leather, I think the only US made item I have is a belt I bought from a small craftsman in TN. The whole buy american thing is from a bygone era I am afraid. Even those products that are still made in the good ole USA have a lot of overseas parts on them.

Sumatra, Bali, Java, Borneo, New Guinea and about million other tiny islands is Indonesia. It has it's own government, etc. and isn't a bunch of separate countries like some think and it isn't China. It's a bunch of islands consolidated into a single legal entity. Think of the islands as states. Jakarta is the capital. Now that everyone has a geography lesson, why so much concern over a 3 year old thread and where a jacket is made? Does the country it was manufactured in somehow automatically make it a better jacket? I have a leather vest that was made in the US and it's a piece of junk.
