Guardian Angel Bell
Just wondering how many here on the forum have a Guardian Angel Bell mounted on their bikes and is considered back luck to remove a bell from one bike and put it on another?

I have a POW/MIA bell on my bike that was given to me as a present from a friend. I considered matched to my one bike and will get a different one for my second bike.

I've had one on each Harley I have owned. I don't know if it is considered bad luck to move one, but I leave them on the bike they started with.
I believe that the tradition regarding the bells is that you don't buy your own. It is something that someone else buys for you. I have bought them for friends, and have received them too.
I don't believe in luck or angels, but it is a fun tradition and if it just occasionally reminds you to be careful because motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous, then it serves a practical purpose too.

I was given one that I have put on different 3 bikes.
Never heard it wasn't transferable. Hasn't caused any issues yet. lol

Friend gave me mine and I bought one and give it to wife for hers. A great tradition and as said above to remind us to be careful out there. Never hurts to have a little special power on our side.
