Default After market Windshields.

Im wanting to purchase a 8 1/2 Klockwerks windshield and was wondering if anyone else has one that rides with a passenger. Im worried that it wont keep the wind off her. Im putting it on a 2010 Ultra so any feedback is appreciated.

She should be fine unless she is really tall. I currently run a custom etched 4 1/2
shield lit with leds. My wife is 5'5" and is fine except on the interstate where she gets some wind buffet. The klockworks should protect her fine.

Coolerman is your shield a Klockwerks?

I had a 8 1/2 on my bike and the wife hated it. She is 5'7
The klockwerks channels the wind in to two funnels that clear the rider but hit the psg full on. Check out the wind tunnel pics of any of these style shields and you see the two funnels.
I run a normal shield cut to around 8-9 inches and the wife has no issues with that. I think I just set myself up for a "wife can handle 8 inches joke)

Anyways curious to what others think but the klockwerks lasted 1 week on my bike.
Just my opinion hope it helps.

No Blue I make my own windshields. Made 3 tonite. The wife gets some wind but unless its below 40 she wont let me take the short one off. Says the taller ones ruins the look of the bike.
