Gotta hand it to the Captain - I ordered a basic black belt from him this week after finally giving up on finding a good quality belt here locally - should have saved myself the trouble of looking around and ordered it 2 months ago. This is a great belt, exactly what he says it is, and looks like it will last as long as I want it to. I'm a fan!
I think he still has free shipping on belts through today, too.

 

Just ordered one last night and can't wait to get it. I don't know why it is so hard to find a sturdy plain black leather belt. The ones at the dealers are all jazzed up with the latest gimmick, and the ones at the other stores are just too delicate. You know, puny. Props tothe Captn and his OL for making this product and mentioning it on this forum.

 

Before I order one, just want to confirm the measuring system listed on the website works well. I probably need a new black and brown belt.

I thought that measuring system sounded weird, but went with it anyway and my belt fits perfect - do it exactly the way they tell you to. An added plus to this belt is that you can change the buckle if you like - no snaps though, this one has beefy screws.
