Harley Davidson USB Flash Drive would you want one?
I had one of these made for a pitch my buddy is making to Harley Davidson corporate. It is a High-Speed USB flash drive. USB flash drives are used to store, transport, and share electronic data such as electronic documents, MP3s, JPGs, and movie files from one cumputer to another. I figure with HD merchandising everything from mouse pads, mug cups, key chains, and bottle openers why not a flash drive. Please let me know what you think. It would probably sell. Harley Davidson is pretty big on branding and licensing its logo I am sure that they would be interested in letting someone produce them if they thought they would make a basket full of money off the licensing. It would probably sell to the geeks who own Harleys. (You know how we love electronic gadgets)

The price of USB Flash Drives have come down dramatically, however once you put an H-D logo on it, there it goes back up again...

It’s all in the logo, look at the price jump it puts on a plain black T shirt. If it has Harley Davidson printed on it the cost is automatically twenty bucks or more.
Look at all the people that buy Harley Davidson logo stuff. Doesn’t matter what the item is or even if the buyer is a Harley owner or not, the logo will sell the item.

Not on your life! I just bought a 2 GB flash drive for 19 bucks on sale. If any9one chromes one up, pops an HD shield on it, etc., the stealers and MoCo will bust a nut sticking a 60 dollar tag on it.
Really, folks...HD on everything? A bit much, isn't it?
I supposed when I got my first Shovel I bought any and eveything with "HD" all over it. Real cool! Now, I price something like a bike cover (HD wants 150 bucks)...and instead get a generic one (very same sans logo) for 50 bucks.
I have a lot better things to do with my bucks than hang HD stuff all over me, my cars, my house, etc.

HD flash drive
Sure I'd buy one but it's got to be different... don't just slap the logo on any old chrome usb... get it custom..
I have a 4GB by San Disk that is a Ducati logo on a USB shaped like a Ducati gas tank.. when in place and running the tail light lights up... that's what you need.. I don't even own a motor cycle but it was so cool I had to have one...
