I wouldn't use it. It has fine abrasives in it. It is supposed to be good on brass but I have nicknamed it "neverworks". I really hate the stuff.

Chrome doesn't get any shinier from polishing on it. Just keep it clean with soap and water or a good glass cleaner.

Chrome can get dingy or dull form being dirty. I usualy wash it off and windex clean. then I will use chrome polish which takes off the uneven contaminents and brightens the chrome even more.

Vegas - I had heard ( from a reliable source) that chrome polish wasn't good for bikes due to the fact that they don't get weathered as much as cars. This allowed a chemical reaction to take place that wouldn't normally happen with a more weathered surface. I always thought that this may be BS but wasn't willing to take the chance on screwing up my chrome. I take it from your post you've been using chrome polish for a while?

I use the never dull on my ala. rocker covers and side cases just lightly to clean off the water spots..when I clean the bike, 99FLHT, it looks like new, but just rub enough to clean it, or you may go through that film of protector, have no idea what it is, that they spray on it..been doing it since the bike was new.[sm=biker.gif]

I used never dull on my chrome fishtails and it scratched it up pretty good. I had some tar on the chrome I was trying to get off, so I rubbed it hard and it put deep scratches in the chrome.

Windex is all I need. Chrome polishes that I'm aware of are too abrasive and over time will leave you with no chrome.
