Mechanic question
Hi
I have a 2009 dyna street bob with standard factory engine
Is there a problem that may get in the engine if I low the idle or the rpm speed ?

Oil pressure. The pump still runs off of the pinion shaft, so if you lower it too low you could lose pressure. Why not just leave it in factory spec like it is supposed to be?

If you're looking for the iconic sound, that'll do it.
Won't last long as it will cause your engine to incur damage and possibly seize from oil starvation!
Best advice is what firefighter said, leave it alone or get a pan or shovel.

If you read your owners manual you will find anything below 1000 RPM on an EFI can lead to damage due to oil pressure.
If you want to lower the RPM's the MoCo suggests you get a Fueling Oil Pump.

Kuwait? If you're a prince with lots of money lower to whatever you want. Rebuilding the motor isn't that expensive, relatively speaking of course. Let us know what happens because you hear lots of negatives but never anybody that's actually done it.
