Hello All, Just ordered a 2012 Harley Fat Bob in Deep Blue Pearl with Security Package. Dealer said that the ship date is 9/19. How accurate is this date?

Also wanted to ask if anyone can recommend a sissy bar pack that is big enough to keep work files and gym clothes in that will fit in a gym locker that is only 10" wide? I was looking at the T-Bag Stowaway but saw somewhere that the pack has to be opened to store anything. Is this true? I would welcome any answers and or suggestions!

It will take more than a month to get the bike? That sounds like a conservative estimate.

 

You can't find one on the floor anywhere in the P-burg area? Seems weird...

 

I've called and visited 5 dealers. They don't have the exact bike I want. What I'm hearing is that the Dealers ordered their bikes for this period 2 months ago. At that time, they didn't know that the Moco was going to add the Security Package Option to some Dyna's, so they didn't order any. I had to order the bike and the ship date is 9/19 but I'm hoping I don't have to wait that long. I'd like to get some nice weather riding in before the snow comes.

 

Beef up your security package by adding LoJack! If someone steals your ride, you simply call LoJack & report your bike missing, & the bike then sends a signal to the police guiding them to it.
