No Elton John is the official word! But...Clay Aiken or Justin Bieber will be the featured performers. lol

I had a 98, 95th Anniversary, loved that paint. It always got compliments but sure didn't bring much when I traded.

Probably closer to the truth than most would care to admit.

Default Anniversary bikes

I bought the 95th and 105th anniversary Fat Boy's, and still have them both. Bought only by coincedence in those years.

IMO the paint schemes resemble classic style, and the same scheme for both these years. I like the colors on both. However, if it is only the CVO that has a heavier orange color to the copper, that tinges my taste for that color! But each to his own.

I have my doubts about these anniversary models holding a high value, but that is not what I bought them for. Fortunately I have no concern about their worth to anyone else.

I think a pearl white and black two tone with whatever tank badge they come up with would be classy. I hated the copper I think just about everyone did.

FWIW, KBB shows the 08 Road Glide current selling price at $16760.00. The anniv. model is $16755. No UP pricing for the anniv. model, even though it sold for a grand more at the time.

When I traded my anniv model in September, the trade value of it was $500.00 lower than the standard Road Glide.

I guess folks at KBB and NADA didn't like the copper paint, either. dd50

Dawg, first, nice bike second, didn't realize till I saw your that the SE version of the roadglide came with the tombstone tail ligh. Awesome!

never could understand why they didn't put a bigger tail light on there touring bikes? Unless you have SE version, like the 2009-2012 RG/SG. JC
