Anyone know what this is? It says Harley Davidson on the tank.

V-Rod with a baby engine? Maybe something new for dirt track racing applications to replace the venerable XR engine.

Ive seen the pic before somewhere. I think its a Photoshopped picture of a concept V-Rod sport bike. Theres a number of them on the web addressing all types of HDs and other makes. Mostly just artists concepts.... but then again, it could be something in the pipeline as well.

VRSC frame, front end, and motor. Likely photoshopped, or at the very least an extensive custom, since the swingarm is almost surely from a Yamaha YZF R1.
That definitely isn't a 750cc motor though, unless they scaled down the entire powerplant by a 3rd while keeping the exact design components of the larger motor.
