The Truck Lite LED is definitely plug and play. I put one in my '03 Fatboy, ten minute job. You can order them on Amazon, they had it here in 3 days.

IT amazes me the price of these lights knowing the government gave them a grant to get them built in the first place------------------trucklite is the king of bright on about everything they build though

They are about 1/2 the price of everybody else.
Their housing is cast metal instead of the plastic in stock lights.
