Mascot is gonna be headin' to Jefferson, TX Saturday morning. Once Sarge (Bastardmaker) gets it to me, somebody needs to contact me about moving it. Jefferson is in Northeast Texas, about an hour from Shreveport, LA, and an hour from Texarkana, TX & AR. Southeast OK is an hour or so away, also.

 

So, how long has it been it Texas??????????????????????

This thing really took off, NOT.

 

I figgered that since Texas is the closest thing to heaven the poor Mascot will ever see, it just decided to hang around.

 

Seeing how TX is about half the size of the rest of the country, we'll be doing good. I think the efforts so far to get the thing across the desert have been good. Once it get's out East, where the population is a little more dense, let's hope it moves a little faster. Looking forward to seeing pics of you, Skip, and the new Sergeant!

Sarge said he was leaving the Killeen area about 0700. He got here around 1400. Gotta give it to the lad; he's pretty tough. Sportster, solo seat, mid-controls, drag bars, and no windscreen. We swapped the mascot, THE MAMA took a couple pics (will post later), talked about an hour, and he slung his pack on his back and hit it back to Killeen. He's a good'un!

 

Alright! Sounds like we got that sucker moving! Skip, glad you got to get it, it was looking rough for a little bit. We should be able to get this thing going again. Looking forward to the pics, and hopefully a story from the new sergeant as well!

Wow, that should be quite a story, 600 miles on a Sporty. Talk about an Iron Man.

 

ok. I have been on this forum for awhile, read some of these post about the mascot but i have yet to figure out what it is and have not seen any posts with pics of it. Help me with a clue and I will get it across ohio for everybody.

Look in the "Road Trips" and you will find the travels of the mascot at the top of the page. It has been from Yuma, Az. to Laughlin,NV. to Texas. There are maps and pictures with the thread.
