Default Symptoms of clutch hub bearing failure .

What are some of the symptoms of clutch hub bearing failure ?? Here is my problem .... I have a 1996 FWDWG that will vibrate (more than normal) at certain rpm's in all gears (about 3500 rpm +/-). I checked compmensator sprocket, seems ok , primary chain is adjusted ok . But noticed I have a bit of rocking movement in my clutch hub about 1/8" of movement . Need imput on what might be going on ,is it a clutch hub bearing or something eles ??
