I want to buy new mirrors for my '12 deluxe. on ebay they seem to state certain models and others state nothing at all. Are all the mirrors compatible on all models or are they model specific?

 

I bought a set of these:

And they did not fit. Would not fit my 1998 Classic, a 2005 Classic nor a 2006 Road King. 1 problem was the brake res. sit's too close to the mounting hole. The other, was the built in nut on the mounting stud was too large to fit in the stock mounting hole. Even though I contacted the seller about this, I see he relisted without any warnings.

 

They are used on multiple bikes but not all bikes. You have to buy mirrors that fit your model.
