The seam on the trim which is in the back of the helmet was too wide IMO. I asked a couple of friends and they said it looked ok to them. I just was not happy with it. Thereplacement was perfect. I marked the inside of the helmet to see if they would send the same one back, but the replacement was a new one. Once I thold ACC the problem they offered to exchangeI didn't even get to the point of asking.

If you're not making a difference in someone else's life, then exactly what are you making?
ACC is a stans up company that deals with people in and honest and professional manner. if there is a problem they will fix it our work their butts off trying. I'm buying one when uncle sam gives me my money back

STANDING FOR THOSE WHO STOOD FOR US!
I have an ACC DOTpolo style and have never wore it back-wards, I've never had it try to blow off my head with or without a windshield.
This is by far the nicest, best, lightesthelmet I have ever had. (I've been riding almost 50 years.)
If and when I need to replace it, I will replace it with something from ACC.
As a side note, ACC is very easy to deal with. Very costumer oriented and if you mention HDF they will give you a 10% discount.

i'm saving to get one. being retired now my money is tighter. many i know who have bought the polo style ride with them backwards as they can catch a lot of wind depending on your windshield or lack of.

I was in Orlando last week an bought one. They have a map on the wall of the USA and it was "covered" with push pins of locations that are distributors.
I'm sure that you can find one close by some place. Call the phone number on the ACC web site and ask them of a dealer thats carring them.
i am planning to ride up there next week to hopefully purchase a helmet i can try to find out if they have a distributor list and post it if you like. or let me know what area your looking for before i go and i can ask.
