Default Has anyone used the 17% AT&T HOG discount?

I just bought a new bike and while reading through the HOG info, I noticed that members might get a 17% AT&T discount. But, some restrictions apply, which they didn't go into great details about.
I have a family plan with 4 lines and one data plan for my iphone.
I registered for it this week, but it said that it might take two billing cycles for any changes to take place.
My average bill with taxes is around $185 per month and the 17% would be nice.
Anyone else try to use this discount?

That's pretty much the only reason I keep my HOG active. The AT+T savings pay for it in a few months.

I saw that last year and signed up cuz I was already with AT&T.

It states up to 17%, so good luck getting the full discount. My plan is about $120 a month for an iPhone and the discount I got was about $4

Yeah, the discount only applies to the base package that you have with AT&T......its not a total 17% discount. So you might have a $200 phone bill and only save $5 or $6. But hey.....every penny counts I guess. On a side note though, I got a "free" 1 year HOG membership when I bought my bike about 3 years ago. I never renewed my HOG but I still get the AT&T discount.

Chit! Didn't know about this. I'll look into it. My bills are 253. I'll take anything I can get off it. I do use the 10% at the dealership though.

I normally get 15% for being a government employee, but because I got HOG they upped it to 17%...one of the ONLY perks of being with AT&T. My bill before the discount was 200 with the 17%, it's closer to 170...

Like a few others stated, it's 17% off the base package, not the entire bill... but that being said, 17% wonderful as I am on my first year of hog for free that came w/ the bike.
