Default 1550 and 1690 jugs, are they interchangeable?

I just ordered a set of SE pistons 21966-07 and jugs 16546-99a, the cylinder description said 1550 conversion kit. I looked at the SE catalogue and it is listed a different part number 16547-99 which is 3.875". Am I missing something? Does 88-95ci take the same jugs as 96-103ci? I assume the crank stroke is different on a stock 96 or the parts guy ordered the wrong parts, can anyone tell me? I don't want surprise!

16546-99A
KIT-CONVERSION,BLACK/1550

This kit increases displacement of the Twin Cam 88® (1450) to 95 cubic inches (1550), or 103 cubic inches (1691) when used with S.E. Stroker Flywheel and Rod Assembly. Sold in pairs, these cylinders require no crankcase machining and are finished honed for standard size 1550cc pistons. Use with flat-top, high compression, or Stroker pistons. Available in Black Highlighted, Silver Highlighted and Black Non-Highlighted. For Race Application Only.

Fits: Fits 99-later Twin Cam 88™-equipped models. EFI models required ECM recalibration through applicable calibration cartridge or through EFI Race Tuner Kit. See EFI Race Tuner Kit for fitment or calibration matrix for possible applications.

The jugs are the same. 16546-99A is the kit which contains two 16547-99A cylinders.

Do you have a 96 or an 88, because the pistons are different
I think, as far as the piston skirt goes
