Hey. I am replacing my Cam Gear on my 1976 Sportster and desperately need a diagram. I can't find my manual and the cost on a new one is out there!! I really want to get my ride on the road. Any help appreciated!!! I so want to be on 2 wheels - not 4!

 

Its been awhile since i had mine apart and i dont want to tell you something thats not right. Its not hard but you do need to pay attention...theres spacers behind the cams/cams in right order and if you go with bigger cams you might need better springs etc etc..........sooo to the point you need to post this in the ironhead section of this forum. Go to the bottom of the page and find the window and then scroll to the ironhead section. Very good and knowledgeable guys there.
