New aftermarket compensator for 07+ TC on its way!!!

its more then a trough though. it has a different outer hub, nut and apparently a slinger cage to hold oil in the hub area. pretty slick. hats off to the guys who researched it for obviously countless hrs and money.
some car manufactures use a similiar design inside their FWD manual transmissions to make sure all the bearings get oil. the trough will direct oil into the end of the case where it dumps the oil to a coned inner plastic type funnel to feed the bearings from the inside. simple, yet effective.

My SE comp has 60k on it. Its a little sloppy but doing good. My crankshaft is at Darkhorse right now. Ill ask John about the comp next week. Ill prolly be in the market in a year or so.

i'll be in the market next winter. i grooved my s.e. comp in my o7 when i installed it. helps but still get fretting. it's just poor engineering.i appreciate the work these guys put into r&d and will support them when it comes time to change mine out.

Looks like the soft release date is July 7th. Now that I did my bottom end I can really hear/feel how bad my SE comp is!

Call John at Darkhorse. He told me when I spoke to him 3 days ago that they are still in beta testing with it and are at least 2 more months out in testing. Unfortunately I cant wait that long and will have to throw my money away on another SE unit.
