This is light harted only for a smile. Could a person use only oem parts,
and build a springer Road King and what the heck would it look like?

 

I'd be willing to bet with a little ingenuity you could get a Heratige Springer front end on a Road King. Then it would look like, well, a Heritage Springer with saddlebags lol

Yes but the Road King has a long neck and a reverse triple tree.

I could dig it. Rode my buddies springer Heritage, smoothest riding front end I've ever been on. Not much for handling, but smooth as glass on the road.
