Default oil dipstick reading...?? with pic

I have no manual for this bike. Any of you all have an oil dipstick that looks like this one? It's right at the middle hole.

How's the oil level?

It's a 2009 Thunder Mountain Spitfire. It has an HD 1200 Evo engine.

I would assume that it's right in the middle which is where you would normally want it to be.

Look at the other side...

of the dip stick. See if there is a 'low' and 'full' mark.

looks like it says "check on sidestand"


if he flips it over, there should be a "X'ed" section that would indicate low and full..

check it hot on kick stand after it has been turned off and left that way for 2 min it should be at the top if you check it cold it will be a false reading
