Default Bag Tie Downs

Not sure if this is the best place to put this, so if not, please tell me and I will more it. What are you favorite straps for tying your bags down on a long trip? Don't want anything that will scratch the bike please. Thanks in advance.

I buy nylon strap by the foot, and put plastic buckles on it. I like can adjust or cut, to whatever length you want

ROK

I found them a couple of years back and they are the best ever. Cycle Gear has them and lots of places online.

I use bungee cords and I've never had any issues with them.

I use small cargo nets and bungee cords with plastic coated ends.

i have a number of cheap straps from Harbor Freight. I have cut some into various lengths then sewed them together to form a loop. These will/can go around various frame or racks and provide a spot to hook your bungee or strap. I have some other straps with a clamp/grip/toothy clamp i can loop around and through any bags and attach to my loops.
