Is it possible to starve the engine at high rpm on the dyno or drag strip if the fuel line dips below the bowl? I have a pingle hiflow and 5/16 or 3/8 fuel line. Im running a 180 main jet on a 45 mikuni. Im concerned about 6500 to 7500 rpm's. There is not enough room to run the carb inlet straight up. Thanks, Madnss

 

I ask because Im running lean on the big end and fat as a pig in the middle. On a wide open pull the mikuni runs off of the main jet only. So, im not getting enough fuel or its the cams, pipe combo, reversion thing going on....im assuming.
