Talking Mt. Baker ride yesterday w/beautiful pictures

My gf was working yesterday, friends were busy with family, I decided to ride solo yesterday . Short and sweet 200miles round trip, it was a bit cold and I forgot to bring my heated gloves, hands are frozen lol. Solo riding is great, stop wherever and whenever you want, it's freedom!

Gorgeous terrain. I'd love to get up there someday.

That's a beautiful place. I would love to ride there. Nothing but corn fields by me.

Actually the road is cleared, the mountain is covered with snow all year long 365, even August . It will be a bit warmer after July.

That road was on my hit list last year when I rode the Cascades to the coast. Didn't make it for lack of time. Maybe this year, thanks for posting.
