Default Army edition bikes...

Hey folks,
Just got on the forum and though I do not own a Harley at this moment, my plan is to change that. Former sportster rider but don't want that again.
Question - twice recently I have seen bikes that are O.D. Green with black trim. One I saw Sunday was a soft-tail, springer. Guy said it was his treat for his tour in Iraq.
Problem is, I can't find them anywhere on the Harley website, etc. Where are they coming from?

Thanks,

olepal

Several years ago (2005???) HD offered some really cool special edition paint sets for each branch of the military but I haven't seen them since. Are you sure you aren't seeing custom paint jobs?

I think the first year Crossbones had a dull green denim paint. Bet that is what you saw. My guess is, you'll be lucky to ever see one again.

07s had an olive green and black. One of my favorite color combos.

That's probably what it was.
