3/4 Helmet. Which brand has the lowest profile?
I've recently decided to try my hand at 3/4 helmets again after wearing my HCI Polo helmet (which is a very nice looking helmet) for over a year. I usually wore Bell 3/4 Helmets but they gave me that light bulb look and the sides caught the wind so bad it would try and take my head off at 70 mph. I've been searching for the lowest profile 3/4 helmet I can find that is DOT. I've heard Biltwell has some nice looking helmets, but all I want is one that isn't so thick. Maybe I'm asking for my cake and wanting to eat it too. Does anyone know of a good brand of 3/4 helmet that is low profile?

I'm not exactly sure what low profile is. If I were buying another 3/4 helmet now it'd be this one. http://www.araiamericas.com/default..../diamond-white

I too have recently been looking for a decent 3/4 helmet, but nothing will make me look good. I like my HJC modular, so I will probably go with another HJC that has a built-in shield.

I can tell you that as much as I love my Bell Rogue - do not buy it for highway driving. On the highway, my head feels like it's being pulled back. On the mountains doing 55mph and under, it's great and pays for itself with the face mask guard from all of the bugs.

Been wearing a HJC IS-33 for a month now and have no complaints. Put a silver shield on it that looks pretty cool. I like that the chin straps are padded. Vents pretty well. Haven't worn a helmet in years and wouldn't be wearing this one if I didn't like it.

Daytona 3/4 was the lowest profile I could find. I have heard the Licks is about the same profile, but I have not seen one in person. I have the Daytona and it's a good helmet.
