Help with identifying a patch, Please.
Hi I am new here. I just joined about 5 minutes ago. I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what this patch is or means. More so the swirly

Other than the color, it's very similar to the design on a 1986 FXSTC beneath the western style font HD used for it's emblem.
