Folks, looking to ride down there at the end of the month, and I'm interested in getting recommendations for lodging and routes, I've never been there. Whatcha got?

Just about any of the cabins there are nice. Tough to really pick a bad one, so search and find a good price for you. As far as route, my favorite is the 664 loop. Hills, tight turns, great scenery....just a cool ride. That whole area is cool though with lots of windy trails. Just pick a direction and hit the throttle!

Forgot to mention, if u like bbq, check out the millstone restaurant. Great food and live music on the back lagoon on certain nights.

Any other recommendations?

Be sure to ask if you can park a motorcycle at the cabin. Many of these have driveways that are not motorcycle friendly. Be sure to eat at JimBo's!!!!

Great point. Stay AWAY from Caveman Retreat Cabins and Campground!!!!

Their access road would terrify a dirt biker.

Would this be a good place to stay? I'm partial to hotels, especially one's I'm collecting points on.
