Default spiinng grip

Has anyone every had a factory grip on the left side that spins and pulls down about a 1/2 inch? Was thinking the ridge inside was broke but it wasn't. Does anyone have any idea what my issue is? If so send me a pm.
Thanks

Mine did that with my kuryakyn flame grips. I just shoved it on as hard as I could and it hasn't done it again. You could try a little grip glue.

Just need re-glued. If they are worn consider it a good time to install new.

I had one that started slipping. I took it off & re-installed it with golf grip tape. It hasn't moved since. If I get ready to remove I will probably have to cut it off but it works well for now.

Yup. Spray some cheap Aqua Net hairspray liberally inside the grip. Let it set overnight. It will cure like glue.

Recently installed these Bitwell Kung Fu grips on my Slim. Used that method.

Remove grip entirely, clean surface of glue residue, wrap bar with 1 or 2 layers of electrical tape, then "screw" grip back on, following the direction of the tape wraps.
Only did it once so far, but seemed to work pretty good.
