Default Harley OEM battery $180?

I just called my local dealer for a quote on a new battery for my 07 FLHR and they said $180 + tax... doesn't that seem high?

My original HD battery is heading into its 7th season so, I have no complaints about the product but I'm pretty sure I can find another battery for half that price... right?

Does anyone know any place that sells the HD AGM batteries online for cheaper?

I got my last battery at Bohannon Battery online, delivered to my door for a little over $100.

http://www.bohannonbattery.com/html/motbat/30lbs.html

IMHO - there are lots of online places with better deals than HD.

Harley Davidson doesn't make batteries, they buy them and stick their sticky label on them and raise the price to meet their profit needs. Buy one that fits and has the same CCA amps or better. Then put a battery tender on it and boom...there you go.

Good Luck.
