Default Propad Mini Beast Horn

Has anyone used the Propad Mini Beast Horn? I ride with the Warriors Watch Riders and we do Military Welcome Homes and Send Offs. We try to bring as much attention to the function by making lots of noise.

I had a Stebel Air Horn on my last bike and it was very Loud. I am looking for a new horn for my new bike. I would prefer not to have to run wires and connect a relay if I don't have to.

I came across the Propad Mini Beast Horns. The Harley dealer also recommended them. The are supposed to be almost as loud as an air horn, but 100% plug and play. No relay, and no extra wiring since it is not an air horn. Not supposed to fry the horn switch.

Any opinions would be welcomed.

Thanks

I have a propad on my roadglide. Its louder than stock by a lot, not as loud as a airhorn with a heavier duty separate compressor. Very easy to install, however since everything is contained in the horn cover, its a trifle bulky. Overall, good investment for safety.

I've just installed a mini beast 1 on my fatboy. It's certainly louder than stock (and I didn't need to use a separate relay, but might look into that in the future...) I've nothing else to compare it to.

But some people say that the mini beasts are just a nautilus or wolo badboy with a cover. They are not. Inside mine are two separate compressors, and look very different from the nautilus/wolo horns. I can't say how the volume compares, but they are not the same thing at all.

EDIT: For your purposes, however, I would probably go and install a separate "noise maker" just for the event(s). Then you can have something much less practical. (Eg. 2' long airhorns, musical air horns, sirens etc.)
