Hi I can someone help me indentify my dad's Harley year and make if its stock paint or custom would be great.

what about the paint is that stock?

That tank looks custom to me - can't recall ever seeing a white swirl like that on a stock bike from that era. Next time I'm down there, I'll take a look at the bikes on display in the museum and see if I can narrow down the year for you.
