Default 1967 Hot Rod magazine HD advertisement

Came across an old Hot Rod Magazine (Mar 1967) and saw this ad, thought you guys would enjoy it as much as I did.

You mean to tell me that there was a time that it was acceptable to ride a Harley without wearing black leather? Blasphemy.

I ate at a Quaker Steak and Lube in Rapid City last weekend. They had one of those single cylinder Harleys on display inside. No one knew what year it was. Now I am thinking about 1967.

I remember those days well and thinking how huge that 1200cc engine was compared to the dirt bikes I rode. lol

The Aermacchi M65 may have had Harley badges but was purely Italian. Here is the 1968 ad.
