was looking at a video, and saw a Road King with a small chrome piece that mounted on top of the headlight between the bars. Like a really small windscreen. I've been looking online, and the only thing I can find is the headlight visor's, or short windscreens with mirror tint ?

Somebody help me out....PLEASE.

 

Wind deflector? I've seen them also, not sure of the correct name either...

I think it's called a fly screen or something like that. Search for small windshields and it should come up. There have been multiple conversations about them.

Those are from a Road King Custom, produced '05-'07, iirc.
