Great customer service deserves praise and recognition.

I had a very small issue with a Rush muffler. Without quibble, the Company is sending me a replacement and has kept in touch with me throughout.

What makes their service even more impressive is the fact that I live in Northern Ireland and they are going to ship the pipes to me direct.

I'm really impressed with how they've handled this matter and I'll be buying their products in the future without hesitation.

I should say that the Rush 1.75" mufflers fitted to my Breakout are awesome giving just the right blend of volume and comfort as well as looking great.

Yep, I've said many times in here how Good Rush product's are and their service is Top Notch.
Should U need help, They also have Techs that know how to take care of and solve most any issue U have with them.

No surprise to me that they have great after sale service which would be in keeping with their impeccable quality.

 

It's good to hear these reviews, as the parts person at my local dealership steered me away from SE slipons and talked me into 2" Rush mufflers instead for my Sporty. With the weekly sales at the dealership, it put them at a lower cost then list for SE's. She even went as far as to write a letter of recommendation to Santa for me.

 

They are good people. I decided to go with larger baffles with mine and I could not get one of them out of the muffler. They sent me a replacement with no issues whatsoever. They post here all the time.

Thanks for the kind words. Our exhaust systems and mufflers are 100% made in America in the great state of Indiana. Just don't want anyone thinking they are built at the north pole!
