I also live in eastern MA. There are several options for you. I bought two bikes at Precision HD in Pawtucket RI. I think I got good deals on both bikes and they have treated me well. Richie (the owner) runs it like a family business, and is good to deal with. They have a good parts and service dept too. They also are the home dealership for one of the biggest HOG chapters in the area (Blackstone Valley HOG), if you're into the whole group riding thing (I'm not). If you go there, see Chris the sales manager and tell him Mike from Mansfield MA sent you.
A little farther south on Rte 95 and you get to Ocean State HD in Warwick RI. I haven't bought there. But whenever I go in I get treated very well by all the folks from sales, to parts, to motorclothes.
If you're farther north, High Octane HD in Billerica has a good reputation. Several of my friends have bought there and they like it.
There are also dealerships in Brockton MA (much smaller), on the Cape, and in Everett MA, but I have no experience with them.
Good luck!

Minuteman in Dartmouth and Cape Cod Harley. Good prices at minuteman but service dept is terrible. Cape Cod fair prices and great service dept. Actual owner does most of the final sales after dealing with the sales person at Cape Cod.

well if you're looking to buy a new bike, a dealership is the only option and in Eastern Mass, they're all about the same.
If you're looking for a used bike, there are some great deals right now on craigslist and even ebay.
As for service....unless it was warranty work there is not one dealer near you that I'd take my bike to. If you can't do it yourself, find yourself a good indy repair shop. They're service will be better, and it'll save you money.
Let us know where abouts in Mass you are (eastern Mass covers a lot of towns) and I'm sure someone here could recommend a GREAT Indy near you
