I don't think I've ever seen this many used bikes for sale by dealers in the Mpls area. The dealer ads outnumber private party ads by at least 15 to 1.

Looks like a consignment shop. Owners need to move bikes before the snow starts.

 

I know, I noticed the same thing also.

Aren't many bargains there, either, this is one high priced area for used bikes.

 

There is a used dealer near here that floods Craigslist with bike ads. It used to be a pain in the *** until they created a way to filter out dealers and show results for private party sellers only. His ads outnumbered private sellers 10 to 1 easily.

 

I've seen dealers do this with guitars. It drove me crazy. You couldn't search for anything without running into tons of ads put up by a local shop.
