Default Just a new Head Pipe?

I just bought a 14 FXDB. I want to keep her quiet for the most part (well quiet for HD). My plan is go with the SEII Slip Ons (maybe Cycle Shack, or the louder V&H). I would also love to have a new Head Pipe, coated without the cat. Does such a thing exist? Can you buy just a Head Pipe?

I called Fuel Moto, they don't seem to have anything but full systems (which means baffles in pipes, not mufflers)
I could cut the cat out, but it wouldn't quite be the same as having a clean pipe that is coated.

I can't think of any full systems where their baffles would be anywhere near as quiet as the slip on mufflers like the SEIIs?

Vance and Hines sell header pipes for baggers, don't know if they do for dynas or not.

I have an email into V&H, but I don't see any.

Getting rid of the Cat, may not be worth this much trouble. I could cut and weld, but I would rather just leave it alone.
