Easyriders took my money and won't let me have the magazine!
Last Wednesday, I subscribed to the digital version of Easyriders magazine online. I can see on my credit card statement that they took the money. But I can't log in to the easyridersregister.com website as it says that the email address isn't recognised. I've tried emailing support@easyridersregister.com, but the emails bounce back. There is an 1-800 number on their website, but that just goes through to a recorded message saying to use the "manage my subscription" section of their website. But of course, this also doesn't recognise my email address.
I can't find any more contact details that I can use to try and get hold of a real person to try and solve the problem. Can anybody here help before I give up and get Mastercard to go after them for the money?
Feel free to PM me any contact details you might have if you don't feel happy posting them in public.
Thanks

this used to be a good mag. in the day, way to many goofy looking bikes in it nowdays for me. plus their price has gotten way out of hand.

Go to bikernet.com and e-mail the chit out of them until someone tells Bandit then Bandit will know who to put you in contact with. These are big publications with small staff's you have to be persistent.

The same thing happened to me. I renewed my sub and couldn't log on, even though I had gotten a email from them saying my new months magazine was now available. I emailed them and as yet have not heard back from them.

What email address did you use? Because the only one I could find (support@easyridersregister.com) just bounces my emails straight back.
