Default Harley's ride planner

Has anyone used H-D Ride Planner on the HOG website??? Does it work?

I've been trying for months and all I get is the little H-D symbol inside a revolving circle.

That's all it does - turn - so far today it's been turning for 3 hours. Does this thing work or not. Am I doing something wrong??

I'm trying to see if I can plan a route and somehow copy it over to the 2014 Infotainment GPS unit.

I keep getting e-mails from Harley to use the H-D route planner to plan some trips, but I can't get it to work for me.

I've used it many times. Just checked & it's working.

After I posted, I went back to the site and it was up - took almost 3 hours. Then I hit the print button. The little circle was still rotating as I left the office for home - 3 hours later. I guess if you want a route printed out you have to start a couple days early in order for it to be ready when you are. What a piece of %$#@$#.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe it's my office computer. I'll try again at home.

I have used it several times, but its a pain if you want to change your route. I have used Google Maps. Works better for me.

Well, I started a route at home yesterday at 7pm - the little circle is still rotating and it's 8am the next morning. WTF!!!!
There must be something I'm doing wrong if someone else is not have any problems.
This is really aggravating.

Any help would be appreciated.

When was the last time you cleared your history or cache on the computer, or restarted it?

Make sure your POP-UP blocker is turned OFF also..
